Executive Director Projects

Overview

We are seeking an Executive Director Projects for the Land Development Corporation, located in Darwin. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as part of the Executive Leadership Team, this senior role is accountable for the strategic oversight and leadership of the Corporation's extensive project and development activities. The Executive Director is tasked with managing organisational outcomes, shaping corporate strategy, and guiding the Projects Division to successfully deliver significant industrial, commercial, residential, and strategic development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the project and development portfolio.
• Lead the Projects Division to ensure effective project delivery across multiple sectors including industrial, commercial, and residential developments.
• Manage organisational performance and contribute to long-term corporate strategy formulation.

Position Details and Terms

• This position is a senior leadership role on an executive contract basis with a tenure of up to four years.
• The vacancy is a single opening based in Darwin.
• Remuneration package offered is $254,585.
