직무 설명

Job Overview

This position entails efficient management of accounts, supporting financial operations with a focus on cost-saving initiatives. The role emphasizes timely preparation and delivery of management reports within set deadlines, ensuring smooth financial processing and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective support for management accounts and assist in reducing costs.
Ensure the prompt release of special management reports adhering to deadline requirements.
Manage PR/PO approval processes and release item costs in the SAP system.
Ensure timely closure and reconciliation of Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt (GRIR) and capital expenditure accounts.
Assist the business with ad hoc financial needs, including World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and working capital management.
Focus on establishing strong internal controls and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) on ledger reviews, capital work in progress (CWIP), capitalizations, and for statutory audit purposes.
Conduct periodic inventory and fixed asset verifications.
