Key Responsibilities

• Prepare various dishes and recipes ensuring adherence to Harry's quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work station.
• Strictly follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the on-duty manager.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in food preparation is required.
• Prior experience in quantity food preparation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cooking procedures, measurements, and weights.
• Demonstrated culinary skills including following established menus and recipes.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and urgency in the work area.
• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent and stable work background.
