Role Overview
This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida focused on export coordination. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing all documentation, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, handling shipments, and providing customer service by addressing queries and resolving export-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing drafts of MBL and HBL documents and sending MBL drafts to carriers and HBL drafts to customers.
- Coordinating with carriers to place bookings and tracking confirmations.
- Liaising with carriers regarding invoices and organizing liner payments.
- Coordinating comprehensively with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
- Communicating with overseas agents for sending pre-alerts and issuing debit notes.
- Monitoring vessel connections and providing timely updates to customers and agents.
- Handling AFR, AMS, and ISF filings.
- Maintaining DSR sheets.
- Utilizing carrier websites for tasks such as SI submissions, Form-13 completion, and managing activities within ODEX.
- Composing clear and professional emails; proficiency in both Hindi and English is essential.
