About the Company

Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Management (FM) Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The FM Engineer will be in charge of managing and supervising maintenance operations to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of facility systems. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, assessing operational performance of equipment, overseeing teams or contractors on site, resolving technical issues, and maintaining compliance with routine inspections. Collaboration with various teams is integral to achieve the facility management objectives and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Facilities Management principles, including HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical Systems, and overall Building Maintenance.
- Proven skills in project planning, scheduling, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards pertinent to the industry.
- Strong technical aptitude for diagnosing problems and optimizing facility operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Capability to function efficiently within a multidisciplinary, on-site team, with great attention to detail and deadline adherence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
- Previous work experience within Oil & Gas, Construction, or Facilities Management sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools, regulations, standards, and best practices is highly valued.
