Field Officer

Overview

The Field Officer is responsible for supervising and managing the security operations within a designated geographical area. This includes overseeing on-site security personnel, ensuring adherence to policies, performing site inspections, and acting as an interface between the security management team and the field staff to guarantee efficient and effective security coverage.

Key Duties

• Coordinate guard deployment by scheduling shifts, tracking attendance, and managing recruitment and sourcing of security personnel on-site.
• Conduct training needs analysis and provide continuous guidance to security workers on operational protocols and emergency procedures.
• Carry out both scheduled and unscheduled evaluations to verify that guards comply with professional standards, proper uniform usage, and correct equipment handling.
• Regularly visit assigned sites to examine perimeter defenses, control points, and surveillance systems to maintain security integrity.
• Promote a positive work environment to sustain high employee morale and satisfaction among team members.
• Manage incident responses effectively and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare thorough reports and maintain documentation related to security operations and incidents.
• Respond promptly and appropriately in crisis scenarios, ensuring swift resolution and safety.

Experience Requirement

Applicants should possess at least one year of practical experience within security or facility management organizations.
