Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer specializing in Figma to craft modern, user-friendly, and visually stunning experiences for our SaaS platform and website. This role involves deep collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams to refine the Orchcast platform and brand interface.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and contemporary interfaces for the Orchcast SaaS platform.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished designs using Figma.
Design responsive website pages, including landing and product feature pages.
Create innovative 3D concepts, animations, illustrations, and interactive visuals for the website.
Enhance dashboard usability, navigation, and overall user experience.
Build and sustain a scalable Figma design system including reusable components, variants, styles, and responsive layouts.
Conduct UX research to identify and implement usability improvements.
Convert business and product requirements into clear visual user experiences.
Prepare developer-ready designs with detailed spacing, states, documentation, and specifications.
Work closely with frontend developers during implementation and verify completed frontend work for visual consistency.
Create product graphics, feature illustrations, and select marketing materials as needed.
Ensure consistent design across light/dark modes and multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Required Skills & Expertise

Proven professional experience in UI/UX and digital product design.
Advanced mastery of Figma including Auto Layout, components, variants, and interactive prototypes.
Experience designing SaaS dashboards, complex web applications, or digital products.
Strong proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Ability to design clean, modern websites optimized for conversion.
Experience or aptitude in creating or directing 3D web visuals using tools such as Spline, Blender, Cinema 4D, Three.js, or Rive.
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
Skill in organizing design files for effective developer handoff.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation capabilities.
Capacity to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Background designing for AI, SaaS, marketing tech, or workflow automation products.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS.
Understanding design tokens and component-driven development.
Experience with data-intensive dashboards and approval workflows.
Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and optimized 3D website assets.
Proven ability to conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback.
Experience collaborating with startup product and engineering teams.
