Finance Manager

Role Overview

Seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within a diversified group of companies focused on real estate and hospitality sectors in Dubai. This position requires managing daily finance tasks alongside delivering critical financial analyses to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated financial accounting, reporting, and consolidation activities across multiple business units, including real estate and hospitality.
• Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis to safeguard the financial stability of the group.
• Advise senior leaders by providing comprehensive financial analysis, feasibility studies, and operational recommendations to enhance profitability.
• Improve and monitor internal controls, governance practices, and workflows to reduce risk across all group entities.
• Leverage advanced Microsoft 365 finance applications and automated reporting systems to streamline finance operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of six years of progressive experience in finance, particularly holding managerial roles in the UAE.
• Strong expertise in financial management within real estate or hospitality industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 finance tools such as Dynamics 365, advanced Excel, and Power BI for modeling and automation purposes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering with executive leadership including C-suite and business heads.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with substantial knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
