Finance Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing client billing, accounts receivable, and various general accounting duties at Riveron. The position demands working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing and accounts receivable processes.
• Track and analyze expense reports for both billable and non-billable costs.
• Coordinate with external parties for billing purposes as necessary.
• Provide support to the billing team and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
• Engage directly with Managing Directors to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.

Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work cross-functionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities to address complex issues effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously while also collaborating well within a team.
• Familiarity with data analysis, trend analysis, and financial statement reviews.
• Capable of flexibility in a changing, dynamic work environment.
• Maintains strict confidentiality handling sensitive financial data.

Qualifications

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate or client service settings.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with OpenAir software is advantageous.
