About the Role
AURIX PILATES, a distinguished Pilates studio located in Brookefield, Bengaluru, is recruiting a refined and seasoned Receptionist / Front Office Executive. The role entails providing each member and visitor with a warm, professional, and top-tier service experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet members, trial clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow up on leads diligently.
- Clearly communicate details about trial sessions, membership plans, and studio services.
- Convert inquiries effectively into trial bookings and confirmed memberships.
- Manage and track appointments, attendance, bookings, and follow up on payments.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between trainers and management personnel.
- Maintain precise client records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Ensure the reception area and shared spaces are tidy and visually appealing.
- Address client concerns courteously to uphold the studio's premium reputation.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduate with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- At least two years of experience in front-office, customer service, or sales roles.
- A polished, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication abilities and customer interaction skills.
- Basic skills in computers, WhatsApp, and billing processes.
- Prior exposure to premium sectors such as fitness, wellness, hospitality, salons, spas, clinics, or luxury retail is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates residing near Brookefield, Whitefield, Kundalahalli, or Marathahalli locations.
Working Hours and Schedule
- Up to nine working hours daily.
- Continuous shifts may extend up to ten hours including appropriate breaks.
- Split shifts to cover morning and evening hours totaling nine working hours are possible.
- Employees are entitled to one weekly day off.
