About the Role
Join a compact yet skilled engineering team at XU Group where your contributions will directly influence the development of an innovative Education-as-a-Service platform. This platform supports learners and organizations in fields including artificial intelligence, sports, innovation, digital transformation, and leadership.
As a full-stack developer, you will collaborate with product and engineering leaders, take charge of technical choices, and play a crucial role in advancing the next phase of our education platform, driving meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop user-friendly and efficient interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
- Create and maintain dependable backend services employing Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
- Produce clear, maintainable, and well-tested code with an emphasis on quality and automated testing.
- Participate in architectural planning and help evolve the platform's scalability and robustness.
- Foster knowledge sharing and contribute positively to the team's engineering culture.
- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver continuous value swiftly.
Candidate Profile
- Proven practical experience with Angular, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, and preferably GraphQL.
- Strong grasp of software engineering concepts, including writing clean code and applying testing methodologies.
- Ability to adapt and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment, anticipating future requirements.
- A curious and proactive mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and dedication to meaningful product development.
- Experience with continuous integration/deployment pipelines, Docker, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools is advantageous.
