Role overview
Tata Consultancy Services is conducting an in-person recruitment drive for a Gen AI & ML Developer role in Visakhapatnam. The position is aimed at experienced professionals who can contribute to enterprise AI solutions using generative AI and machine learning.
Interview details
This is a face-to-face drive scheduled for 11 July 2026 (Saturday) in Visakhapatnam. Interview timings are from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Candidates should be available to attend in person at TCS Visakhapatnam Millennium Towers, IT Hill No. 3, Rushikonda.

Key responsibilities
- Create, build, and roll out solutions based on generative AI and machine learning for real business needs.
- Develop and improve AI/ML pipelines for model training, inference, and ongoing monitoring.
- Work on applications that use large language models, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases.
- Handle both structured and unstructured datasets to design scalable, intelligent systems.
- Connect AI models and APIs with enterprise tools, applications, and workflows.
- Improve model performance by tuning, testing, and optimizing for accuracy, response time, and cost.
- Maintain strong data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices in all solutions.
- Partner with data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable AI outcomes.
Technical requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Python, machine learning, and generative AI development.
- Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and embeddings.
- Exposure to tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
- Experience with vector databases, deployment of models, and API integration.
- Good grasp of the ML lifecycle, model assessment, and MLOps principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Comfort working in Agile environments and collaborating with stakeholders.
