Role Details and Work Schedule
This position offers multiple shifts with the primary opportunity being a full-time evening shift from Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, compensated at $21.50 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive janitorial tasks including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces.
- Sanitize and disinfect to maintain safe and healthy facilities for clients.
- Manage waste collection and disposal efficiently.
- Clean common spaces such as entrances, stairwells, and restrooms thoroughly.
- Master advanced cleaning techniques through training to ensure top-quality outcomes.
- Provide outstanding customer service tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.
- Support the company's mission to Build Value and Clean Smartly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- A positive, friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must undergo and pass a Police Background Check.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Capability to stand or walk for the entire duration of shifts.
- Comfortable with bending, stretching, lifting, pulling, carrying, and stair climbing.
