Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Keep the dishwashing station, including the three-compartment sink and surrounding areas, clean and organized.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, operational, and report any malfunctions to management promptly.
• Perform light custodial and maintenance tasks as needed to support daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, coworkers, and customers.
• Adhere strictly to Aramark's safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain security of company property and assets.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sanitation procedures is necessary.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, especially concerning hazardous chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capacity to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking.
• Able to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms as required.
