About the Role
As a strategic advisor, this role requires leveraging your expertise, influence, and network to achieve high-quality outcomes while motivating and coaching teams to resolve complex challenges. You will be expected to exercise sound judgment, recognize when to take initiative or escalate issues, and communicate effectively across stakeholders to demonstrate how all elements fit together. Key Responsibilities

- Lead assessment, benchmarking, and deployment of scalable, secure Agentic AI frameworks that align with enterprise use cases and strategies.
- Promote technical standardization in Generative and Agentic AI by crafting reusable orchestration templates, prompt engineering guidelines, and integration patterns to ensure consistent delivery in complex projects.
- Design scalable multi-agent systems covering tool integration, memory mechanisms, task allocation, inter-agent communication, human oversight, and orchestration architectures.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Agentic AI solution performance focusing on reasoning, tool reliability, task completion, mitigation of hallucinations, and autonomous decision-making to ensure production readiness and ongoing enhancement.
- Architect enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions optimizing retrieval workflows, embeddings, chunking, reranking, data governance, while mentoring AI engineers and collaborating with stakeholders to translate goals into actionable AI roadmaps.
- Manage client engagement activities including discovery, demonstrations, proposal creation, and delivery planning with strong expertise in DevOps, LLMOps, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to foster trusted and successful client partnerships.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies to influence innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Over 12 years of experience in technical or technology-focused roles.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Expertise
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry (with Microsoft Fabric and Purview), Amazon Bedrock (with Knowledge Bases and Guardrails), and Google Vertex AI (with BigQuery and Agentspace) for deploying scalable, production-ready Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
- Practical knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools that enable AI workflow automation.
- Proficiency with vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Azure AI Search for use in enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience designing and scaling AI solutions incorporating multi-modal inputs such as text, vision, audio, and documents to enhance AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI governance and observability platforms (e.g., LangSmith, Arize) to monitor, trace, debug, and ensure compliance of AI systems, as well as expertise in selecting large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) based on enterprise requirements like cost, latency, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of AI-enhanced development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf to boost engineering productivity and support AI-driven software engineering at scale.
