About the Role

We seek an innovative Graphic Designer adept in AI-enhanced creativity to produce superior print, digital, UI/UX, and motion design materials. The candidate will execute creative initiatives spanning multiple channels, showcasing a refined portfolio and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create digital marketing visuals for platforms including Google, Meta, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Develop landing pages, web banners, and UI screens along with email templates.
Design brochures, posters, standees, presentations, and other printed marketing materials.
Produce branding collateral for events and marketing campaigns.
Employ AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Canva Magic, and ChatGPT to streamline creative workflows.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to craft impactful visual messaging.

Requirements

5 to 7 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
Strong background in Print, Digital, and UI/UX design principles.
Comprehensive knowledge of typography, layout composition, branding, and print production processes.
Practical experience with AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity.
Impressive portfolio demonstrating design work across various platforms.

Desirable Skills

Expertise in motion graphics and video editing.
Ability to create reels and short-form video content.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for landing page development.
Familiarity with creative automation and AI-assisted design workflows.

Preferred Industry Background

Experience within FinTech, InsurTech, Banking, Insurance, or fast-growing digital-centric enterprises will be advantageous.
