직무 설명
Overview
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visual content for print and digital marketing projects at Cushman & Wakefield. This includes designing materials for current real estate listings, research publications, business development teams, proposals, and presentations.
Key Duties
- Produce materials that deliver critical messaging and highlight key selling points clearly.
- Craft innovative design concepts tailored to each project, ensuring the creative and written elements integrate seamlessly and maintain a consistent theme.
- Design and create illustrations and graphics that enhance marketing collateral.
- Ensure all design work upholds national design standards with high-quality formatting and production values.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the real estate industry to provide strategic creative input for business materials.
- Contribute actively as a collaborative member of the Americas Marketing team, supporting regional initiatives.
- Work closely with the Local Marketing Lead and Regional, National, and Americas Design and Communications teams to align creative output.
- Maintain clear communication with marketing team members and project leads to deliver accurate products on schedule according to client specifications.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in design, graphic arts, or a related creative discipline.
- Minimum of two years' experience in graphic design focused on marketing and corporate communications.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Working knowledge of web design tools such as Dreamweaver and WordPress is desirable.
- Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects are advantageous.
Additional Information
This is an on-site role requiring presence in the office at least four days per week in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Salary ranges between 62,050 and 73,000 CAD annually, depending on factors such as collective bargaining agreements, regional market rates, and candidate experience. The company ensures compensation not below minimum wage.
