As a Hostess, you will act as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming guests and managing seating with efficiency and grace to ensure excellent service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, offer seating options, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Oversee guest flow including managing reservations, walk-ins, wait lists, and table allocation to optimize seating arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and coordinate communication between staff shifts and management for smooth operations.
• Prepare and organize the dining area according to reservation details and guest influx.
• Handle reservations and special event arrangements with accuracy and care.
• Conduct staff briefings to communicate current promotions, daily specials, guest feedback, ongoing events, and relevant notices.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and all product offerings available.
• Adhere to Hilton's grooming standards including uniform, personal hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Manage calls professionally by taking clear and accurate messages and ensuring timely delivery to the concerned parties.
• Have a strong understanding of the restaurant's seating layout and related protocols.
• Comply with all hotel security measures, fire safety standards, and health and safety regulations.
