Role overview
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking several enthusiastic people to join the housekeeping team at Katherine House Hospice in Adderbury. The role is focused on helping improve the patient experience by keeping the hospice clean, safe, and welcoming.
Suitable candidates will already have cleaning experience and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. In addition to housekeeping duties, the post also involves supporting nursing staff by providing drinks for patients.
Work environment
The housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the hospice for patients, staff, and visitors. The trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the UK and includes four hospitals: John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington, and Horton General Hospital in Banbury.
