About the Role
We are collaborating with a prominent company in Saudi Arabia to recruit a seasoned HRIS Manager. This role focuses on overseeing the organization's HR systems, advancing digital HR projects, and optimizing HR technology applications. This confidential replacement position offers an excellent chance for professionals skilled in HR technology to lead system enhancements and contribute to the company’s continued digital evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the overall administration, upkeep, and progressive improvement of the HRIS platform.
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors platforms to ensure robust system stability, optimal performance, and accurate data management.
- Supervise HRIS-related activities such as implementations, system updates, testing phases, and release management.
- Deliver technical assistance, resolve system issues efficiently, and guarantee timely troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to oversee system integrations and refine HR processes.
- Facilitate HR operations by configuring systems effectively, generating reports, and managing data meticulously.
- Enhance user adoption by providing comprehensive training, supporting documentation, and ongoing end-user assistance.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives within HR, identifying opportunities for automation and process refinement.
- Maintain compliance with data governance, security protocols, and established best practices for HR systems.
Candidate Profile
- Possess around 10 or more years of HR experience, including at least 2 to 3 years dedicated to HRIS responsibilities.
- Demonstrate strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven expertise in handling HRIS project life cycles such as implementations, continual support, upgrades, troubleshooting, and assisting users.
- Experience managing HR workflows, HR data sets, and coordinating system integrations.
- Exhibit advanced analytical, problem-solving abilities along with stakeholder management strengths.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA is highly preferred.
- Prior involvement in SuccessFactors deployments and HR technology digital transformation efforts is advantageous.
