Role Summary
The Human Resources Business Manager position is a part-time, on-site role located in Brighton, Colorado. This position involves collaboration with organizational leaders to devise and execute HR initiatives aligned with company goals, encompassing workforce planning, performance oversight, and development of talent. Key duties include providing expert advice on employee relations, ensuring uniform application of HR policies and procedures, and facilitating succession planning. The role also involves working closely with management on recruitment needs, overseeing onboarding and employee engagement efforts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Additionally, the HR Business Manager contributes to various HR projects, drives process improvements, and participates in change management to improve the employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Human Resources with a focus on strategic HR business partnering and workforce planning.
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations, capable of managing complex personnel issues, conflict resolution, and performance discussions.
- Strong knowledge of developing, implementing, and adhering to HR Policies consistently across teams.
- Experienced in Succession Planning, talent management, and leadership development activities.
- Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize risk.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred skills include excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities, data-driven decision-making, proficiency with HRIS systems, and experience with organizational change management.
- Professional HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous but not mandatory.
