About the Role
The Human Resources Operations Generalist plays a crucial role in executing HR department functions with a focus on maintaining high data integrity throughout the organization. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with employees and managers to address employee relations and performance matters, providing guidance aligned with company policies.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HR processes that support scaling and business development.
- Identify potential workforce risks and opportunities, formulate relevant questions, and recommend course corrections proactively.
- Examine HR data across various systems critically to verify accuracy, interpret implications, and question unsupported conclusions.
- Influence HR policies and programs by integrating data insights, industry benchmarks, and fresh perspectives.
- Create and deliver both ad hoc and regular HR reports ensuring consistency and accuracy in methodologies.
- Advise leadership on HR compliance concerning laws such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO.
- Stay informed of ongoing changes in federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or an equivalent field.
- Between two to four years of professional experience in human resources, consulting, or related service industries.
- Proven experience in analytics and HR reporting with a solid grasp of HR operations.
- Advanced proficiency with software tools including Microsoft Office suite and readiness to adopt new HR information systems.
