Overview

Truly Digital, a rapidly expanding digital marketing firm specializing in sales, lead generation, business development, and online marketing solutions, is currently seeking a capable and confident HR Executive to enhance their team. This role focuses on recruitment and team-building activities within this dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including staff hiring, candidate calling, and interview coordination.
Oversee daily hiring workflows and maintain detailed records for employees and interviews.
Screen and shortlist applicants and follow-up regularly with candidates.
Manage recruitment portals and databases efficiently.
Collaborate closely with internal team members to fulfill hiring needs.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi.
Proficient in basic computer operations.
Effective interview management capabilities.

Additional Details

Position located at Plot No. 13, Near Nanak Piano Gurdwara, Basement Office, Copshere Spaces, Delhi-NCR.
Work schedule: Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Remuneration is commensurate with experience and interview outcome, ranging from 20000 to 35000 INR per month.
Educational requirement: Graduate or undergraduate candidates eligible.
Interview format is face-to-face, with option to reschedule based on availability.
