Overview
This Tamheer opportunity is for an enthusiastic HR trainee who wants practical exposure to human resources work in a fast-paced government setting. The role focuses on supporting outsourced workforce activities and day-to-day recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with outsourced staffing coordination and recruitment-related tasks.
- Communicate and follow up with manpower vendors and external service providers.
- Help organize candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
- Update and manage recruitment as well as employee documentation.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and routine operational activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to help meet workforce needs.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to participate in the Tamheer Program.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Has strong verbal and written communication abilities along with good organization.
- Shows a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Brings a positive, proactive approach and is comfortable taking initiative.
- Can contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Is available to begin work immediately.
