Overview
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization that handles applications and subsequent hiring steps directly. The hiring company is seeking an Implementations Agent located in Germany.
You will play a key role in building and scaling the customer activation journey for a growing B2B SaaS platform that supports an international marketplace. As one of the first people focused on this function, you’ll help establish workflows, improve adoption, and make sure newly onboarded customers start seeing value quickly. This position involves close coordination with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams, combining strategy with day-to-day execution to boost engagement and support digital transformation.
The role is well suited to someone who enjoys fast-moving environments, taking ownership, shaping processes from the ground up, and delivering visible business results with strong growth potential.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of roughly 15 to 25 customer accounts and support each one through the stages of activation and product adoption.
- Proactively spot signs of low usage or adoption risk and act early to prevent churn.
- Create, document, and refine activation workflows and best practices into a reusable onboarding playbook.
- Work side by side with the Implementation team to ensure smooth transitions and a frictionless onboarding experience.
- Review customer behavior and performance data through BI and CRM tools to decide where to focus outreach and how to improve activation outcomes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to remove obstacles and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey.
- Own customer results by identifying solutions, carrying out action plans, and driving measurable activation improvements.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Customer Activation, or another client-facing SaaS position.
- Proven ability to increase adoption and activation among B2B customers, especially those moving toward digital workflows.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to combine relationship management and proactive outreach.
- Comfort working with data and tracking metrics such as time-to-value, activation rates, engagement, and churn signals.
- Highly self-directed and motivated, with the confidence to build processes in a rapidly growing, lightly structured environment.
- Native Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM, analytics, or business intelligence platforms such as Salesforce, Metabase, Snowflake, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Background in marketplace businesses, SaaS, agtech, supply chain, floriculture, produce, or related sectors is a plus.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities, paired with a customer-first mindset.
