- Track network health and connectivity across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments, with a focus on uptime, reliability, and data protection.
- Support configuration and maintenance of network services such as TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls, while escalating design-level network changes to the Network, Security & Operations Lead.
- Apply IT security controls including patching, vulnerability reduction, endpoint protection, and threat monitoring.
- Manage user identities, permissions, and security settings across enterprise systems according to least-privilege and approved access practices.
- Contribute to audits and compliance activities by keeping required evidence, logs, and control documentation up to date.
- Assist with IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technology rollouts by supporting planning, testing, and post-launch stabilization.
- Improve asset management practices through procurement coordination, inventory oversight, lifecycle tracking, and disposal administration.
- Look for ways to strengthen IT processes, system performance, and resource efficiency through standardization and automation.
- Support the ongoing administration and improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other enterprise applications used across the Group.
- Help with troubleshooting, configuration changes, user assistance, and data checks related to ERP and digital workflows in coordination with the ERP & Business Applications team.
- Take part in testing, deployment, and stabilization of enhancements, upgrades, and new modules to protect business continuity and user readiness.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual work with approved digital tools and automation within the Group IT environment.
- Work with business teams to simplify workflows, improve data quality, and raise efficiency through digital solutions.
- Encourage adoption of digital tools by guiding users, supporting training efforts, and addressing challenges that affect usage.
