About the Role
Affinity Management Pvt. Ltd., located in Janakpuri West, New Delhi, is looking for Inside Sales Executives. This role welcomes freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience to contribute to the sales team by connecting with potential customers and promoting loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Convert leads into successful sales transactions.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate loan options.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM entries.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication skills and ability to persuade clients.
- Basic familiarity with computer operations.
- Previous experience in sales or telesales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Open to fresh graduates and newcomers to the sales field.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000, subject to interview outcomes.
