직무 설명
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to thrive in a fast-paced sales setting. This role is critical in driving our customer acquisition and revenue targets by making multiple daily calls, collaborating with channel partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and send introductory emails regularly.
- Make approximately 80 cold calls and send about 10 introductory emails daily.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within potential accounts to create interest in our services.
- Qualify and engage prospects diligently before adding them to the sales pipeline.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients over a period of 4 to 6 weeks to successfully close B2B deals.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to escalate and finalize opportunities as needed.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply; prior experience in cold calling or inside sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to surpass monthly sales targets is preferred.
- Strong active listening, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skilled in probing to understand client needs effectively.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, Zoho, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is beneficial.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and good team collaboration skills.
- Possess an undergraduate or graduate degree or its equivalent.
Work Schedule and Other Details
- Fixed US shift hours from 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
- Working days include Monday to Friday; Saturdays and Sundays are off.
- All federal holidays are observed as holidays.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges from 20,000 to 55,000 INR per month based on experience and performance.
