Job Overview

This role involves creating interior design solutions that align with clients' needs, tastes, and budget constraints. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing layouts, preparing detailed drawings, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and analyzing client needs, preferences, and financial limits.
• Creating design concepts including spatial planning, mood boards, and layouts.
• Producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, working plans, and bills of quantities.
• Liaising with architects, site engineers, suppliers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Performing regular inspections on-site to verify adherence to the approved designs.
• Choosing and confirming all materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining budget and quality standards.
• Managing changes in designs and addressing site-related concerns efficiently.
