The company is recruiting skilled professionals familiar with cross-cultural content ecosystems and creator community development to aid in establishing a global digital cultural hub for young audiences.

Position Overview

Lead visual design initiatives aimed at overseas products, covering brand visuals, campaign and event pages, and marketing collateral.
Create localized visual designs that resonate with the cultural and aesthetic tastes of users in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and other international markets.
Contribute to revitalizing and localizing visual identities, developing globally attractive visual languages and standardized design systems.
Investigate and integrate artificial intelligence technologies in visual design processes to enhance creativity, style exploration, and workflow efficiency.
Assist in formulating design guidelines, visual asset frameworks, and cohesive workflows to boost team productivity and cooperative effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

At least 1.5 years of experience in visual design related to internet or digital products, preferably with exposure to international markets or products.
Excellent visual design capabilities with strong aesthetics in branding, campaign creation, and visual storytelling.
Deep understanding of global design trends and international visual cultures, notably in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Fundamental comprehension of UX/UI principles to effectively balance visual appeal with user experience.
Enthusiastic about AI-generated content and design innovations, possessing practical knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows and tools to support creative ideation and optimize design outcomes.
Submission of portfolio required along with resume for application consideration.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience within anime, content community platforms, live streaming, or entertainment sectors.
Background in brand transformations, design system development, or management of visual assets.
Skills in motion design considered advantageous.
Fluent in both Chinese and English for professional communication.
