Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Internship Trainees to join Muthoot Finance at our Vijayawada branch. The role focuses on supporting branch operations, assisting customers, and enhancing client relationships through various customer service and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Address walk-in customer inquiries and assist with KYC documentation and record maintenance within the branch.
- Provide excellent customer service and orient customers about our offerings and processes.
- Conduct in-branch promotion and cross-selling of the company’s financial products.
- Make calls to collect interest payments and update existing customers regarding their accounts.
- Perform backend support tasks within the branch related to customer service operations.
- Identify potential new customers, pitch suitable products, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time onsite role located at the Vijayawada branch.
- Monthly stipend ranges from 12,300 to 24,000 INR.
