Role Overview
Join a vibrant retail team as a Store Inventory Lead where your passion for fashion and keen attention to detail ensure that merchandise is perfectly organized and the shopping experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and verify merchandise shipments from warehouses by unpacking, counting, and updating inventory records accurately.
- Properly steam and store merchandise in the designated back room following company standards.
- Restock the sales floor with appropriate styles and sizes to maintain product availability.
- Train and assist Cashiers to enhance their performance and efficiency.
- Process and ship online customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Complete daily operational tasks including price changes, shipping orders, and inter-store transfers.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years of experience working within a retail environment.
- Proficient computer skills for inventory systems and daily tasks.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and meet daily operational deadlines.
- Availability to work from Monday through Friday.
