Role Overview

This position is for an On-Call Test Administrator based in New Delhi. It is a temporary, part-time, onsite role with flexible work hours generally scheduled between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM from Monday to Sunday, with the possibility of extended shifts until 11:00 PM during peak times.

Responsibilities

Implement all exam protocols and adhere strictly to company policies with sound judgment.
Manage candidate check-ins by verifying identification and providing clear examination instructions.
Supervise and proctor candidates throughout the testing sessions to ensure exam integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address any technical difficulties arising during examinations.
Maintain cleanliness by performing light housekeeping, such as sanitizing keyboards after each session.

Requirements

A graduate degree in a relevant discipline is required.
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Must be open to working flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
