Java Developer - Spring Boot Microservices (3-5 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Java developers proficient in Spring Boot and Microservices to join our delivery teams. This role involves collaborating directly with clients to ensure high-quality software solutions, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding project requirements, reviewing architecture and designs, and ensuring delivery of efficient, high-quality code aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution to guarantee excellent customer satisfaction.
• Analyze requirements, participate in design reviews, and validate system architecture for software projects.
• Contribute to project estimations, risk planning, and conduct reviews of code and unit test plans.
• Lead and mentor development teams to deliver optimized, high-standard code and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Develop robust programs and systems to support clients’ digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain familiarity with multiple technologies and architectural principles.
• Understand and apply fundamentals of software architecture and design.
• Utilize and understand testing tools and Agile methodologies.
• Participate in various phases of the project lifecycle including development and maintenance of projects.
• Apply estimation methodologies and quality assurance processes effectively.
• Gain a foundational understanding of relevant business domains to meet project requirements.
• Exhibit analytical capabilities combined with strong technical skills and effective communication.
• Demonstrate comprehension of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling techniques.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and industry trends.
• Possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.), or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in any specialization.
• Experience expected ranges broadly from 3 to 15 years, with a focus on candidates with 3 to 5 years preferred.
