Job Overview
We are looking for a driven Junior Cloud Engineer to assist in deploying, operating, and enhancing cloud infrastructure solutions. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals seeking practical experience in cloud platforms, automation, and scalable architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure cloud solutions for both development and production stages.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline cloud operations and contribute to continuous improvements.
- Engage in defining, setting up, and running Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and technical demos of cloud technologies.
- Manage servers and services within virtualized and cloud environments.
- Track system health and availability, aid in troubleshooting and incident management.
- Work alongside senior engineers to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience spanning 1 to 3 years in cloud engineering, system administration, or relevant domains.
- Fundamental understanding of at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Basic concepts of networking including TCP/IP and DNS.
- Scripting capabilities using Python or Shell scripting languages.
- Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth in cloud and infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams.
