About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Copywriter to join our team, responsible for creating content across various communication channels and formats.
The ideal candidate is imaginative, well-organized, writes excellently, and can tailor language to fit different audiences, goals, and strategic needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Craft text for marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives, and digital communications.
- Produce content for email marketing, newsletters, landing pages, websites, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Develop titles, call-to-actions, institutional writings, and promotional pieces.
- Adapt content to diverse audiences, channels, and languages while maintaining each brand's voice and tone.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service, Creative, Proofreading, and Planning teams to ensure deliverables align with client's strategies.
- Review, refine, and enhance texts ensuring clarity, precision, quality, and consistent messaging.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or Literature.
- Experience in advertising copywriting.
- Prior work experience in advertising or marketing agencies.
- Fluency in Portuguese with exceptional written communication and language skills.
- Strong ability to adjust language to fit different formats, channels, and target audiences.
- Well-organized with keen attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills.
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of project management and office tools like Trello, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Figma.
- Understanding of SEO principles and effective writing techniques for digital platforms.
- Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish is an advantage.
- Effective communication and the ability to work well in teams.
- Proactive attitude and cooperative work style.
- Ability to accept and integrate feedback constructively.
- Dedication to quality and adherence to deadlines.
