Job Description
This entry-level role is suited to recent graduates in Computer Science or related fields who have hands-on experience through academic projects related to data analysis or engineering. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and focuses on supporting data processes and analytics initiatives within a dynamic corporate setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, cleansing, and transforming data for analytical and reporting purposes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate datasets effectively.
- Help maintain and build data pipelines and databases as part of the data engineering team.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Document workflow processes and engage in activities aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Practical knowledge gained through academic projects involving data analysis or database architecture.
- Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory.

Compensation
The role offers a base salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as geo-location, education, skills, relevant experience, performance, seniority, and internal equity. Additional incentives, including bonuses or commissions, may also be applicable depending on the position and local regulations.
