About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Executive to join Darelooks Premium Clothing. The role involves entering, updating, and managing precise data in our systems while safeguarding confidentiality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and company applications.
- Inspect and validate data for any discrepancies or mistakes.
- Maintain well-organized digital documents and records.
- Protect data privacy and ensure its security at all times.
- Produce reports as requested.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather and update relevant information.
- Complete all allotted assignments within the specified time frame.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fundamental computer proficiency.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an ability to meet deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants who have completed 12th grade or hold a graduation degree. Prior experience in data entry is advantageous; however, fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
