About the Role

Join Laser Clinics Group as a Junior Designer and kickstart your creative journey with one of Australia's premier consumer brands. This full-time, permanent position based in North Sydney offers an excellent opportunity for recent design graduates or those with up to one year of experience to develop their skills under the guidance of seasoned Creative Directors and Designers. You will play a key role in crafting visually compelling assets for digital, social, retail, and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating appealing design materials for digital, social media, CRM, print, and in-clinic marketing.
• Adapt campaign artwork into various formats ensuring brand consistency across channels.
• Support the design process for product launches, packaging, point-of-sale, and promotional items.
• Prepare files ready for production and printing for both digital and traditional media.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to execute campaigns effectively.
• Manage several design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and quality.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and advance both your technical abilities and creative confidence.

What We Expect From You

• Possession of or progress towards a qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating fundamental design skills, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong sense of typography, layout, and the ability to tell stories visually.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• A positive mindset, curiosity, and a drive for personal and professional growth.
• Confidence in seeking guidance, embracing feedback, and engaging collaboratively.
• Previous internship, freelance, or junior design roles are beneficial but not mandatory.
