About the role

Wagamama’s kitchens are built around freshly prepared food, quality ingredients, and dishes cooked to order. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the kitchen team, making sure the workspace stays clean, tidy, and efficient so the chefs can stay focused on preparing food with bold flavour.

Key duties

Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment that is always ready for service.
Clean pots, pans, utensils, and other equipment so the chefs can keep working without interruption.
Replenish cleaning materials and let the team know when stock is getting low.
Support the kitchen with simple prep tasks whenever needed.
Work in line with health and safety rules to protect yourself and the wider team.
