Role overview

Wagamama is built around fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast-moving kitchen environment. In this role, you’ll help keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised so the chefs and wider team can stay focused on preparing food and delivering a smooth service.

What you’ll be responsible for

Maintaining a spotless kitchen environment that is ready for service at all times
Cleaning pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment so the cooking team can keep working efficiently
Replenishing cleaning products and letting the team know when supplies are getting low
Supporting with simple food preparation tasks whenever extra help is needed
Working in line with health and safety procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues
