Role and Responsibilities

The Lead Architect will oversee design and planning efforts, coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, and direct architectural strategies to ensure project excellence and alignment with company objectives.

• Steer the creation of design concepts, master planning, architectural and interior design development, including detailing and finalizing technical specifications.
• Develop and detail designs for high-end residential, affordable housing, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
• Coordinate with local and international consultants specializing in architecture, interiors, structural, MEP, facade, and landscape disciplines to define project requirements and timelines.
• Lead project teams and consultants across conceptual, schematic, design development, and good-for-construction stages.
• Prepare feasibility drafts as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Verify calculations and documentation related to construction area, RERA area, MOFA area, floor space index, and project ratios.
• Manage and mentor the architectural team, implementing architectural strategies that align with business targets and technical standards.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedure formats.
• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks to observe project progress and assess feasibility of proposed architectural changes.
• Resolve design and on-site issues collaboratively with project architects and consultants.
• Foster effective coordination and strong relationships among design teams and service providers.
• Produce stakeholder presentations and prepare feasibility reports and drawings as necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
