Position Overview
We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist who can effectively transform LinkedIn into a dependable platform for acquiring high-quality leads. This role focuses on genuine prospecting, building relationships, and securing qualified meetings rather than broad mass connection requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and researching precise target audience segments.
- Constructing highly focused prospect lists on LinkedIn.
- Sending tailored connection requests along with follow-up messages.
- Managing ongoing conversations and nurturing prospects into potential clients.
- Scheduling qualified discovery calls for the team.
- Monitoring outreach results and refining campaigns for better performance.
- Updating and maintaining CRM and lead tracking documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in LinkedIn lead generation is essential.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Ability to craft personalized outreach communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, proactivity, and is driven by results.
- Capable of working independently with limited oversight.
