Overview

JW Anderson is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimize the entire logistics function. This role involves managing the movement of raw materials and finished products through various storage and distribution channels, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure operational success, cost-effectiveness, inventory precision, and excellent service for wholesale, retail, ecommerce, and intercompany operations.

Key Responsibilities

Heading inbound and outbound logistics processes and managing the complete supply chain from suppliers to customers.
Overseeing third-party logistics providers to guarantee service level agreements and performance metrics are met.
Coordinating inbound shipments globally, including raw materials and finished goods.
Handling outbound deliveries across various sales channels and managing inventory transfers between warehouses, stores, and distribution points.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics efficiency, cost management, and service quality.
Coordinating inbound logistics activities such as deliveries, raw material movements, advanced shipping notices, and returns processing.
Managing outbound order fulfillment and addressing delivery issues on seasonal and specialist shipments.
Ensuring global stock accuracy, conducting investigations into discrepancies, supervising annual stock takes, and managing inventory adjustments.
Generating detailed reports to support operational and financial decisions, covering delivery progress, inventory status, logistics costs, returns, and performance indicators.
Managing relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and courier services, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and handling export documentation.
Supporting projects related to warehouse systems, retail expansions, ecommerce integrations, and continuous process improvements.
Planning seasonally in coordination with production and sales to align warehouse capacity and shipment schedules.
Ensuring compliance with certification requirements including CITES, EAC, China Cotton Testing, and other relevant standards.
Coordinating international logistics for showroom collections, including temporary exports and specialist transport.

Required Skills and Experience

At least five years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
Proven expertise managing international logistics within luxury fashion, retail, or premium consumer goods sectors.
Extensive knowledge of import/export regulations, customs processes, and international freight operations.
Experience overseeing third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier networks.
Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with advanced Excel functions.
Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management software, with experience in RLM and Cegid systems advantageous.
Demonstrated commercial acumen managing logistics budgets and key performance indicators.
Track record of leading operational improvements and managing change effectively.
Fluency in English is required.
