Role Overview
We are seeking a Machine Learning (AI) Engineer to join our client’s team. The candidate will be responsible for building and deploying machine learning models that support core product functions. This position requires working collaboratively across departments to design robust and scalable AI-driven solutions aimed at improving user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models utilizing Python with TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks.
- Create and sustain data pipelines to maintain quality inputs for training and validating models.
- Adopt MLOps methodologies to facilitate seamless deployment, continuous monitoring, and version control of AI models.
- Work alongside data science and software engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into live production environments.
- Perform benchmarking and A/B testing to assess model performance and its impact on business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong command of Python programming language and significant experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch for model development.
- Familiarity with MLOps platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker to manage model lifecycle.
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and understanding model evaluation metrics.
- Experience working with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure for scalable AI deployments.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles including Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
