Maintenance Excellence Manager

Key accountabilities

Requirements

• Strong leadership and coordination experience in maintenance, including supervisory and maintenance management capability.
• Hands-on knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair across mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems.
• Proven ability to design, run, and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Working understanding of maintenance planning, work-order management, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Awareness of safety practices, risk assessment, and compliance standards in technical or industrial settings.
• Good analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and sound decision-making with a continuous improvement approach.
• Clear communication and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• A technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
• Experience in financial services, payment systems, or technology-led environments is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work on-site in Dubai on a part-time basis and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
