Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves participating in a structured maintenance and cleaning schedule while managing costs to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for both shoppers and staff within the retail setting.

Key Duties

• Collaborate effectively with the Stocking 3 Coach and team members to carry out an extensive cleaning program.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety protocols and cold chain management standards.
• Perform prompt cleaning tasks in all Fresh Departments including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Conduct routine checks on maintenance and cleaning equipment to verify operational status and ensure sufficient cleaning supplies are in stock.
• Foster workplace safety by completing mandatory in-store certification and following company policies diligently.
• When necessary, undertake floor cleaning activities using mopping, sweeping, vacuuming techniques, and carpet care, covering all non-sales floor spaces.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.45.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
