Job Role Overview

As a Manager at Nomad Law, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal analyses to identify viable operational models for emerging business opportunities. Your role involves overseeing and executing various legal, corporate, and advisory projects with the support of your team. This includes crafting advisory memos, coordinating company formations, addressing corporate and individual migration issues, facilitating bank account openings, and preparing necessary policies and documentation.

Client Management

You will manage portfolios for current and prospective clients by resolving their ongoing inquiries, handling invoicing processes, and monitoring regulatory changes to ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new partnerships will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and creativity.
• Possess experience within the banking sector, corporate service provision, or leading legal firms.
• Hold a degree, ideally in law or fields related to international taxation.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Work Location
