About the Role
Mercedes-Benz Burlington is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join its vibrant team at one of Ontario's premier luxury car dealerships. This position plays a crucial role in supporting integrated marketing and communication efforts across Quantum Automotive Group, which includes Mercedes-Benz Burlington, Honda Woodstock, and CARSTAR Burlington locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement marketing strategies and contribute to brand-building activities
- Represent the dealership and affiliated companies at community events
- Manage and support digital platforms such as websites and social media channels
- Create and curate compelling video content for online platforms
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and digital initiatives
- Plan, organize, and activate dealership and community events
- Collaborate with department heads to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Monitor project budgets and event expenses to ensure compliance
- Handle administrative duties including invoicing, merchandising, and CRM upkeep
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and communication roles
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication capabilities
- Knowledge of social media management, website development, email marketing, SEO, and Google Ads
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with keen attention to detail
- Creative and collaborative mindset adaptable to a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems
- Experience in event planning, fostering community partnerships, and sponsorship management
Additional Valuable Skills
- Portfolio demonstrating videography and photography skills
- Competence in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Knowledge of vehicle merchandising and AutoTrader listings
- Passion for the automotive industry, especially luxury brands
- Extensive understanding of Burlington and nearby communities
- Drive to excel and be a leading expert in the field
