Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be the head of SATEL's Marketing & Growth Division, reporting directly to the CEO. This leadership role holds complete responsibility for the division's performance, managing two units: Brand & Content and Campaigns. The manager is accountable for brand authority, lead generation, and supporting owner acquisition efforts. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position requiring full oversight, approval of all content and campaigns, team building, and operating rhythm management with a focus on measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall performance of the Marketing & Growth Division, including both Brand & Content and Campaign units, with direct accountability to the CEO.
- Approve every published content piece and campaign briefing before any expenditure.
- Generate a monthly pipeline of 100 qualified tenant leads, combining paid and organic sources.
- Increase qualified owner lead generation from 8–10 per month to 20 per month, handed off to Business Development.
- Ensure monthly production of 10 community advertising videos and 15 platform-tailored posts.
- Conduct weekly division reviews with documented decisions without exception.
- Align weekly with the Revenue Division regarding campaign capacity before launch.
- Allocate budgets effectively across platforms and approve all budget-related decisions exceeding defined variance thresholds.
- Provide monthly CEO reporting focused on quantitative results, followed by narrative explanation.
Core Performance Targets
- Consistent delivery of 100 qualified tenant leads monthly.
- Owner lead goals met monthly: 8–10 leads in the first quarter, increasing to 20 leads from the fourth month onward.
- On-schedule approval and delivery of 10 community videos each month.
- Publication of 15 approved, platform-customized posts monthly.
- Zero unauthorized content publication and complete documentation of all decisions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Strong command of full-funnel marketing combining brand building and performance marketing.
- Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Ability to analyze daily metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and engagement to take proactive actions.
- Minimum five years of marketing experience including at least two years leading specialist teams comprised of content creators, social media experts, visual designers, and paid media professionals.
- Background in marketing residential communities, hospitality, or similar high-trust sectors where building credibility precedes customer acquisition is essential.
- Exceptional organizational discipline maintaining weekly review cycles, comprehensive documentation, and CRM usage with no retrospective logging.
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English for approving bilingual content and reporting at executive levels.
- Decisive leadership with clear recommendations, risk anticipation, and swift correction of performance issues.
